🛠️ AmpliFY your residential plans

AmpliFY is a free web application that allows you to transform your housing architectural drawings in PDF format into a 3D digital model.

Our Machine Learning model automatically detects important data from your plans to generate a BIM model (IFC & RVT) and CAD outputs (DWG) containing the following elements:

• ✔️ Walls
• ✔️ Doors
• ✔️ Windows
• ✔️ Rooms
• ✔️ Equipment (Sinks, Showers, Bathtubs, Toilets)
• ✔️ Furniture (Beds)

⚙️ How does it work?

All you need to do is upload a PDF file containing the architectural plan of your residential project. The application will automatically detect the scale of your plan, and the Machine Learning model will analyze the elements to generate an IFC and a RVT model. You can then download this model and import it into your usual BIM tools.

RVT (Revit 2022 format) & DWG export generation starts alongside the IFC, but may take a few extra minutes depending on the model size and user traffic.

🚫 Limitations

A few limitations to keep in mind:

• ❌ The application only supports residential projects. Other types of buildings (offices, industrial, etc.) are not compatible.
• ❌ Results may be less accurate for non-French plans or for complex architectural projects.
• ❌ Currently, only PDF files are accepted as input. JPG and PNG formats are not yet supported, but this functionality will be available soon.
• ❌ All vertical extrusions are arbitrary, with default values that may not reflect the actual real-world heights.
